It is like coming home but enjoying a new environment at the same time. I am working as a special education assistant, so I can stay in the educational loop, just NO lesson plans!

The answer to the only question children have at 6:00pm- What's for Dinner?
Boxless Beef Stroganoff Hamburger Helper
1 pound hamburger
1 onion diced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
4 garlic gloves minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( reduced fat option)
1 can beef broth (low sodium option)
1/2 cup sour cream (reduced fat option)
1/2 package eggless noodles
In a large skillet, brown hamburger, drain.
Sautee onions, mushrooms, add garlic at end.
Return hamburger to the skillet, stir in beef broth and mushroom soup, cook on medium-low until heated through.
Cook noodles according to package.
When ready to serve add sour cream to skillet, stir thoroughly, serve over cooked noodles.
